2007-06-29-backyardbrunch1.jpg We love brunch. It seems like nothing makes us happier than deciding to go out to brunch on a lazy Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Forget about boring breakfast or lethargic lunch- this is brunch, and it's the perfect way to get together with other families and friends.

Well, the weekend is upon us once again, and Blueprint Magazine's got a great make-ahead child friendly menu for your own backyard brunch complete with activities to keep the kids occupied.

I actually made the strata last weekend for a baby shower brunch. It was a really big hit and didn't take too long to make.
