Blogging Family Fun.com: Birthday Cakes!

Do you have a family birthday coming up? We were amazed at the list of birthday cakes with different themes over at Family Fun Magazine.com. You don't have to be Martha to make these works of art either.

To make the lego cake above, just turn a sheetcake upside down and place the cupcakes on top as shown.

I have made a ducks in a bathtub cake, a pirate cake (I used a fruit roll up for the bandana, pretty proud of myself for that one!), a frog cake, a pony stable cake for my neice, and a turtle cake.
I love making my boys special cakes for their b-days.

I have two bdays coming up one will be 2 and the other 4, thanks for the ideas! They want a cars theme, so I may go with that cool race track!

oh and the pizza cake unfortunately makes me want pizza, hehe.
