Food Face Dinner Plate

061909-foodface-plate.jpgBlahblahblah... encouraging kids to play with food... blahblahblah... creates bad habits... blahblahblah... Sure, some folks might not be keen on dinnerware that suggests that playing with food is a fun idea, but if you're not of that ilk, then why not go for broke with a Food Face dinner plate? Heck, while you're at it, why not get a full set of plates for the whole family?

Made of ceramic, these plates feature a simple graphic of a follicularly challenged man's head, ready to be embellished with whatever foodstuffs strike your fancy. And even if you DO have a firm policy on no messing around during mealtimes, these could still be fun for snacktime or parties. You only live once, right?

That'd be great if I wanted to serve my kid gravy and peas for dinner.

[Pssst: I don't.]

We just got these in at our store and I was compelled to take some home for our kids. LOVE them! It definitely helped make my 3 yr old eat foods he'd normally not want to eat & everything looks so fun on them. Even serving the meal was more enjoyable!

I had a toy in the 60's that looked like this face. It was on cardboard under plastic with black magnet particles. You could shape hair and beards with a little magnet pencil.
