Get-Set Placemats

2009-09-21-jungle1.JPG

Because the highchairs we use in our home don't have trays, we're always interested to hear about good looking and well-designed table coverings and placemats. We recently heard about these Get-Set Placemats and wanted to know more.

The placemats are the creation of Hello Hanna, the company launched by Anne Schultz and Jina Choi who are both moms and designers. Each placemat is printed on heavy paper stock and has a punch out character that stands and can be "dressed" with removable stickers. There's a place for your bowl/plate, cup and silverware. Each placemat also has an activity area on the back. These Get-Set Placemats are adorable but we wouldn't use them everyday. They would be great for parties or special play date - instant table decor! You can read more about them at Hello Hanna's site.

I thought I was being so original when I made place setting placemats for my kids. But at least mine are made out of cloth and are reusable!
