Eric Carle's caterpillar may be celebrating his 40th birthday this year, but this little guy also made one very cool cupcake cake for someone's first birthday party.
The Very Hungry Caterpillar Cupcake
The cupcakes were designed by Coco Cakes, and we're impressed. Check out the tiny black sprinkles placed in by hand ever so carefully to replicate a caterpillar's fur.
We like the idea of using cupcakes to create a shape for a birthday cake- although ours probably would not be quite this wonderful. Find out exactly how she made it and see many more of her creations over on her blog.
