Good Idea: Try a Taste Test with Your Kids

Why? Because people are interested in giving their opinion on things. So, the next time you're trying to get your kids to eat fruits or veggies, why not try a taste test?

Another fun idea is to do a taste test party for older kids. You can try to have the children guess which brand is home-baked and which is generic or which is gourmet and which is not. We found the idea here.

we did this last fall with pears and with apples and it was so much fun...the kids still talk about it and both me and my husband were amazed with the difference among the pears and apples.
