Movella Coat Rack
Here, kiddie, kitty… it’s baby’s first landing strip. Designed by Ulrike Gattermeyer-Kapp and Manfred Kapp in 2004, this little coat rack is part wall art, pure function, and a piece of colorful interactive fun. Colorful peg hooks move around the kitty cat track to adjust to varying heights for hanging clothes and other items. Made in Germany of birch plywood. For ages 3 and up, $55.
Umbling Elephant

prototypes of the Eames Elephant were ever created, so this is a great stocking stuffer for the slightly older design enthusiast, too. Developed by the Vitra Design Museum in Germany as part of their wildly successful meticulous miniature series. Made in the EU. $185
