tottiniquadimage.jpgtottini-logo-abovejump.jpgWe love a good store find, and thanks to a reader tip (Good work, Moraija!) we discovered tottini, a modern baby furnishing store in Seattle. Owners Melissa Maffei and Melissa Van Flandern stock tottini with a wide variety of furniture, mealtime goods, toys, clothing and books that are sure to appeal.

These are some of our favorite picks available at tottini:

tottini-catclock-1.jpgA modern interpretation of the kit-kat clock, the Karlsson Present Time Peek-a-Boo Clock, $38, is a fun timepiece with eyes that move back and forth. Shifty-eyed cat or cute critter? You decide! We also like the Rabbit version, as well.

tottini-dwellbib-2.jpgDwell's Bib and Burp Set, $35, make a wonderful baby shower gift. The soft terry cloth set features an adorable pattern resplendent with kangaroos, squirrels, rabbits and hippos and it includes two bibs and one burp cloth.

tottini-linenboxes-3.jpgAny extra storage in a nursery is usually greatly appreciated and when the storage is good looking too, well then, that's just an added bonus. Netto's Linen Boxes, $115, are available in red, tan and yellow come with leather pulls. They'll certainly add modern elegance to your child's room plus, it a nice way to store certain items you need but wouldn't necessarily want out in the open all the time like powder, wipes and creams.

tottini-trunki-4.jpgFinally, the ingenious Trunki luggage, $40-50, is a great solution for travel storage and entertainment. Carry your child's clothes in it, and carry your child on it. It's "the world’s first ride-on kid's suitcase!"

Tottini also features a gift registry and if you're ever in the area and want to stop by but have your children in tow, there are no worries. An in-store book corner and play area for will keep them entertained while you shop.

it's gonna be our first trip with trunki! It's been use as a fun ride-on toy for now. :-) I was able to fit A LOT in it. :-) The newer ones have some slight improvements (you CAN DIY though....) like "teddy's seat belt" (aka internal straps)

I always love going into tottini to see what's new. We stop by to play whenever we are in the area and I get my coffee fix next door at Vivace.
