Happy Cinco de Mayo! This week we did our very best to put together a show, despite having to be in different places. Marta is at a wedding this weekend, so she recorded on Monday with Saban in Brooklyn, while we got to record on this very sunny Saturday in May.
In this show, Marta sings a beautiful new song about saying goodbye to loved ones and then introduces us to our special guest, a precocious 7 year old named Saban. Saban tells us about his favorite book right now, Spider Man - The Amazing Story, and then sings a classic Woody Guthrie tune before improvising on his own. We also celebrate the birthdays of Brendan (April 29) and Myrna (April 25), who turned two and one respectively. Happy Birthday to them, and we hope you enjoy our third show.
