Oliebollen means Dutch donuts. It's the perfect name for a store selling fresh and fun things for kids.
It was founded by former stay-at-home mom Margaret Schankler who admits that she has "a stubborn addiction to childish living." The art on the site is created by another mom, Deb Pilutti. While Oliebollen carries all of the hip designers, their selection really is an eclectic mix we love browsing through. This pretty Glug Baby Pillow is perfect for the nursery- or for anywhere in the house for that matter! It's 14" x 14" with silkscreened linen on the front and pink corduroy on the back.









I'm so glad to see an apostrophe ABSENT from the sampler above. So many people these days would incorrectly rewrite the text as, "ABC's" - inserting a possessive apostrophe at the end! It's not 1970's, DVD's, CD's, etc...Sorry, just a major pet peeve of mine. At least I'm not alone:
