Looking for a Nursery Tour from at least a couple months back... It was green and black, and had a giraffe (and other animals I think) hand-drawn on the wall. Ring a bell? I can't find it. Thanks!

Also, why not have a link to all the Nursery Tours on the side, like all the other AT sites have a link to House Tours?

If you click on "archives", the first column, "features" has a link for nursery tours.

mjoe - is it Rowen's nursery you're looking for?

You're looking for Rowen's Nursery Tour. Use "Rowen" as a search term and it will come right up.

I want to refinish Travis' nursery furniture, and when I went to Home Depot they said they didn't have any "Baby-friendly" paints or stains. What kind of paint and stain should I use that is safe and baby-friendly? Where should I look?

I'm looking for a small, powerful, and of course stylish air purifier for my baby's nursery. Looking at HEPA filters, and everything is U-G-L-Y. Thanks for any suggestions you might have.

Hi, I can't remember what it's called but I'm looking for that modern knitted baby hat and scarf combo. It's an all in one which covers the head and shoulders and it comes in brown and blue, and I think brown and pink. I'm sure I saw little Ursula wearing it on a post many months ago and want to buy it for a new baby boy I know but I can't for the life of me remember what it was called or where I can buy it. Does anyone remember it? Thanks!

reef - the knit item your looking for is by oeuf, but it's not available on their site anymore... a quick google showed them as being available (and on sale!) at cocoacrayon.com.

I just noticed that Ikea has a new crib on their site. It's blue (not so much a fan of the color... but it could look cool painted).

re: ikea crib - yeah, that blue is a bit much, i dunno. but i am pleased to see that the gulliver is back... wasn't there a bit of drama over the supposed discontinuing of that item a couple of weeks ago?

Safe Paint:

I've been considering milk paint, which comes in gorgeous colors. I read about it in an ivillage newsletter:

"The Old Fashioned Milk Paint Company uses a paint formula that dates back to the 19th century, when homemade paint was stirred up using a recipe of buttermilk and crushed limestone. The company's new line, SafePaint, is specially formulated for walls and other nonporous surfaces. Made from food- and pharmaceutical-grade ingredients, it contains no synthetic petroleum or plastics, it's biodegradable, and it will not give off VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds)."
