Unless a product is low VOC or makes a Mother's (or Father's) life easier, it usually doesn't get mentioned around these parts. But having tried this reflective spray paint out first hand, it wasn't long before the wave of kid's products that could use a coat came flooding in! Safety 1st: 4 Ways To Use Reflective Spray Paint
Rustoleum tells us this about their product:
"...Illuminates painted surfaces under direct headlights for nighttime visibility and safety. Apply to metal, wood, plastic, concrete or masonry.
This past weekend we watched while our little brother (who's not so little anymore) tore apart his scooter on the concrete floor of our loft. With him he brought a can of this reflective paint to cover the body panels of his scooter to make him more visible to drivers on the road. After testing it with flash lights and head lights alike, we can testify that it does deliver. All the surfaces sprayed were more than twice as reflective as before and didn't alter the appearance of the paint job otherwise.

We didn't use spray paint, but we did add reflector strips to the sides of our stroller (dad likes to take evening jogs!), and we've had a few comment on what a great idea it is. This seems like a good solution to our wagon, etc. as well.
