Etsy Scavenger: Hugs and Kisses Freezer Bag

Like Sam, the designer behind the Etsy shop Inklore, we've always resorted to assorted bags of frozen produce to ease bumps and bruises. Each time we find ourselves wrapping (badly) a dish towel around a half-empty bag of peas, we tell ourselves that we'll get something a bit, well, nicer to do the job next time. We think we've finally found that something.

The 6" square outer case is made of 100% natural linen, and the design has been block-printed then cured and washed, making it totally machine washable. The muslin insert is filled with buckwheat that has been scented with peppermint essential oil. (A brief class in Aromatherapy 101: Peppermint oil is considered beneficial in the treatment of a myriad of ailments, from asthma and nausea to migraines and muscle and joint pain.)

All you have to do is keep this bag in the freezer and wait for a booboo.
