A friend of a friend asked us for a recommendation for a couch, not a chair, suitable for her toddler's room. She wanted something scaled for a toddler or young child, and that looked good. The mini character couches she's seen at the stores won't do. Oh, and nothing too expensive.
Well, we did some research and found this great crib conversion. By removing one side of the crib rail and adding some support, the crib makes a great seating area. Some well-placed pillows and blankets makes it cozy.
Any store-bought ideas for our new friend?

Hi we are also looking into buying our son a toddler sofa as well we want something with clean simple lines but everything out there is outrages! I came across a few cute sofas at Toys R Us that aren't too bad when it comes to price hope this helps!

Not sure if it's available outside of Canada and it is a bit pricey but check out this sweet toddler loveseat. Better than the tacky character couches they sell at the local stores.
