Inflatable furniture! The ultimate in space savers, but this time, Ikea's Kelig Groda puts a new twist on blow-up furniture by covering King Frog in a 100% polyester fabric. Perfectly kid-sized, at about 16" square, we think this is a charming way to add a little seating to a child's room.
The Kelig Groda seems to us to be part furniture and part friend, and we love his floppy legs and googly eyes, not to mention his frajabulous crown. And in a small space, we like that he can be easily blown up when needed and deflated when not.

We have a little inflatable cylinder shaped thing which plays music and has three balls that roll around inside. It is supposed to be for when children crawl they can push and follow it, but our son has loved it already and I have loved that it deflates because it is an eyesore.
The downside to inflatables is that if you have older children or a "young at heart" spouse like I do it may get popped- like ours did. I'll bet the furnture is stronger than our thing though. Since it's in expensive it's worth a try.
