Dorm Life East Oak Nesting Table

jcpenneytrioshelves.jpgWhenever we've referred to the shelves seen in this post, we always receive several e-mails and comments about them. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to find anything similar since we purchased them from Urban Outfitters, three years ago. Imagine our surprise when we found a set at JC Penney.

While they are only available in black, the Dorm Life East Oak Nesting Table, only $49.99, is the perfect height for toddler shelving/storage. Stack them on top of each other, or stand them up side and side.

i have a set like this that i picked up in college at Bed, Bath, and Beyond for $30. http://www.flickr.com/photos/closertotheocean1/2470913234/

they still look mostly-great (five years later), however they do scratch VERY easily.

I was thinking of somehow attaching two sets of these 'bubble' shelves to the wall (in a random pattern) for my daughter's nursery but don't know what material they're made of (I have yet to see them in person). Does anyone know? And if so, is it 'carpentarily' possible to attach something that will also attach it to the wall? Thanks!

I have some of these in white and lime green that I bought at Army and Navy in Canada 2 years ago.
LOVE THEM!!

Mine are stacked, but my husband says you could attach a bracket thing (yeah, I don't actually know what it's called, oops!) to the shelf and a nail to the wall and hang it like that. Or one of those triangle things on picture frames.
I think you're supposed to put some sort of tape on first though so you don't split the wood, or whatever it is.
