Nursery Made Lovely for Eleanor

2009-06-eleanor.jpg

Last week we congratulated Nicole on the arrival of her sweet Eleanor and today we're oohing and aahing at her beautiful room. Like many of our favorite nurseries, it's small which means Nicole made some very smart choices to make it feel cozy, but not cramped.

As owner of Pink Loves Brown, we aren't a bit surprised to see the soft pink and grounding brown accents in Eleanor's room. Much of the room is devoted to the cushy glider and ottoman where Nicole very rightly anticipated she would spend a lot of time. One of the things we admire about this nursery is the restraint. Each object seems carefully chosen and Nicole was realistic about what a room of this size could take. What can we say - lovely!

See the rest of Eleanor's room at Nicole's blog Making It Lovely. (Helpfully, she also wrote about her resources here.)
