i saw these awhile back and i loved them. I did my senior thesis on building blocks and typography increasing word and letter recognition with children early on in their development.
from the looks of the site, that they were the client they made them for, and it was 2004, and we haven't seen them anywhere. My guess is that set in the pictures may be the only set, or one of a very small amount of sets. I would kill for a set of those....
