Name/Age: Adélaïde, 2
Location: Paris, France
Family: Adélaïde, her mom Estelle and her dad
Room Size: 160 square feet
Division: International
Tip for Living Small with Kids: We absolutely love staying on her little sofa made with old cushions and reading out loud old stories like Heidi or Candy. We love to hide behind the curtains and make up stories of ghosts and horrible monsters.it always ends in tickling session!

What was one of the biggest challenges you faced in putting together this room? I wanted a room that is both modern and with very little memory of the past, antique pieces for children, unusual small photos, old books for kids. I fed a lot in dealing antiques and with old things my grandmother gave me.

Hooray for the Hickory Dickory Dock toy! I believe I had that wind-up clock, too.

Love it! We love to read, so of course this nursery appeals to us. Your little girl will be smart and happy as she grows up.

You had me at the Nelson Mandela doll!
But there is also the little girl rag doll, the rat with the tie, and the chicken driving the car (a reference to Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus maybe?), and I was gone.
The framed picture of Burt put it over the top!
Lovely room, and lovely toys!
What are your toy sources?
