Items used for the project and favorite part of the storage solution:
These canvas bins are from Land of Nod, and fit into the Ikea storage cubes that were mine when I was a girl, making them, oh, over 25 years old. (I think the new version at Ikea is the popular Expedit series).
I tagged the bins to make identifying the items easy. It's great to be able to pull out the whole bin to find something. I plan on raising up the bins when my son figures out how to pull them out, and I'll put toys or books on the lower levels.

Best storage tip for families with children:
Easy accessibility and a place for everything. If it's not easy to get to, I'll never find or use it. If everything has a place, it's so much easier to clean up and keep it tidy.

Thanks for entering, Chiara!
I used the "I think I can"vas bins from Land of Nod in my daughter's nursery, as well. (I also tagged mine!) They're fantastic. Not only are they relatively inexpensive (about $10), but they collapse to a flat square when not in use making them super easy to store.

Target has similar bins right now in a variety of colors for $5 each- very affordable. Love the tags.
