Name: Ana
Child's Name and Age: Jaro, 1 month and Nisu, 20.5 months
Location: San Francisco, California
Category: Toys

Items used for the project and favorite part of the storage solution:
I bought this one storage item from IKEA and was (despite being an IKEA item) dazzled with the simplicity and efficiency of the furniture. All the toys can be neatly stored and organized and the three tiered surfaces mean I can store certain activities safely out of reach like paints, tapes etc.

Best storage tip for families with children:
My experience has been that small children use their toys more if they can see them and aren't hidden beneath clutter. Make sure to store away toys they no longer use...make room for those they do.

Easy to reach and easy to open storage spaces mean kids are more likely to put their toys away.

Good idea, but not very inventive.
