Nice knobs!
We have used Susan Goldstick's knobs at home. Not exactly "nursery"ish but other people might disagree, but it definitely punched up the plain wood dresser I used it on and in the house we used to live in, the former owner had used it as kitchen cabinet pulls which again, really punched up those cabinets and added a whimsical feel to the kitchen.
