Doll House Nesting Building Blocks

2007-07-20-dollhouse.jpg We spent hours playing with our dollhouse way back when. What is it about a dollhouse- a miniature home- that makes it so special? Maybe it's because when we're little, we have very little space of our own. Maybe it's the ability to use our imagination and create our own tiny world. Maybe it's just because small things are cute.

Well, excuse the dated looking photograph to the left, but we love this dollhouse we just came across. It's actually a set of ten building blocks.

2007-07-20-dollhouse blocks.jpgYou can stack the blocks on top of each other to create a home to play with, or you can stack them to create this tall Victorian house. When you need to clean up, the blocks nest inside each other.

And who said dollhouses have to be expensive. Our first dollhouse consisted of the larger brown boxes our Girlscout cookies came in cut open on one side and stacked on top of each other. This one is only $19.95 and you can get it right here.
