We've always been a fan of crayons that are easy for little hands to hold (ours were always broken because we pressed too hard). These kitty crayons found on Etsy fit the bill perfectly. The fact that they're molded and hand carved to look like cats doesn't hurt any either! These cute little kitties have been individually custom-molded from nontoxic wax crayons. Their faces are then lovingly hand-carved into their egg shaped bodies, one egg at a time. They are ergonomically shaped for little hands, although they are great for all ages. They stand on their own and can be found at the kittybblove Etsy Store. Plus, each kitty egg has the lifespan of approximately 7-8 standard crayons!
They are in high demand these days (and had been out of stock) due to their overwhelming cuteness factor, although we were alerted that they were new ones in the store around midnight last night thanks to Twitter. The kitty crayons are snuggled in a nested recycled egg carton, wrapped in vanilla tissue paper, tied with a raffia bow, and includes a hand-stamped note card.
