Found: Painted Wood Blocks

091409-elmersbabyblocks.JPG Jill Green of Homemade By Jill has been busy crafting up a storm again and has made her own play blocks! They provided a weekends worth of entertainment and then some. Details after the jump...

 
 

Jill used Elmer's paint pens to whip up her batch of blocks. They dry quick and can be used on many surfaces (not just wood). We have used them in our own home with great results and this might be the perfect project to pull them back out of storage for!

I've been trying to replicate this idea actually, but haven't been able to find blank wooden blocks anywhere....anyone have any ideas?
