GrowBike

Remember our post about where to store ride-on toys? It's a struggle for those of us in small spaces. By the time the kids are ready to ride a bike, you potentially could have cycled through a ride-on, a tricycle, a training bike (no pedals), and finally, a bike. That's 4 different ride-on vehicles that require storage.

Designed by the Springtime NL Design Team, the GrowBike offers a possible solution. In one box you get the parts to build all 4 vehicles. The aptly-named GrowBike grows with your child and you'll having nothing extra to put into storage. The only issue is if you have more than one child.

Is this still a concept? I'd love to get one for my son but everything sends me back to the Spark awards.

I've had a hard time locating any information about sales/availability too. Is it being manufactured?

Even if it is, I doubt getting one in Canada would be a possibility any time soon. Oh well.

Really great idea though. And I love that it still looks like wood and hasn't been painted over with kiddie graphics.
