Ikarus Swing by Haba
Notwithstanding its somewhat dire-sounding name (ironic, we hope?), the Ikarus's seat is made of durable water- and weather-proof polyester. The wings are detachable and made of spinnaker nylon, which, while cute as all get-out, are not guaranteed to be reliable if your little one flies too close to the sun.

looks like there is a strap under for the parent to grab ahold of to swing??? the wings inspire imagination, your now an airplane, bird, fairy, angel...what ever...its cool!
