Rainy Day Fun: Autobahn Floor Tape

Hours of our youth were spent zooming cars around the house. They went up the chair, across the side table and back down the couch (where the evil feline "couch troll" waited to snatch them up). When we ran across this Autobahn Tape we instantly reverted back to our 6 year old selves (sans mullet). Click through for details...

I would have gone nuts for this as a kid. Assuming it's low-tack masking type tape - i love this!
Wondering about the DIY possibilities: grey (if they make) or even beige making tape at 2" width, draw lines down the center, instant highway!
