The Small Object

2008_01_11_smob logo.jpgSarah Neuberger is the creator and proprietress of The Small Object where she makes "delightful, eccentric everyday objects." The Small Object has been on our radar for awhile (remember these?), but it seems like she has now added more things for kids than ever before.

One of Sarah's specialties is making fun rubber stamps and the Alphabet Stamp chart ($16, shown above) is composed of a collection of stamps she's made over the years.

Another alphabet favorite is her Alphabet Folk ABC Print ($18) with friendly folk characters making up the letters.

Looking for a less formal kind of family tree? The Small Object has it with this Fill-in-the-Blanks version ($18).

One of her newest concoctions are Celebration Candle Kids - hand decorated wood candle holders for that very special birthday girl or boy ($30).

There is much more at the Small Object store. Some of her work is made in limited editions so don't dally too long if you really want something. And don't forget to check out her blog, Steno Pad, to see more work in progress and find free downloads.

I just bought the alphabet chart (and a set of adorable matroyska rubber stamps). This is some serious cuteness!

This may be a good DIY project. Very cute though.
