Felt Letters and Numbers by MiChiMa

These caught our eye when we were browsing through Etsy the other day mainly because they're so colorful and cheerful looking. It also occurred to us that letter and number stuffies would also make for a useful, tactile learning tool for kids beginning to learn the alphabet or counting.

These seem like a lot of work to make, but they're very affordable. Sewn from felt, there are several sets to choose from: upper case, lower case, magnetic, numbers, mini, mixed colors, solid colors, or boxed sets (prices range from $10 - $50).

You can also purchase individual letters for $1/piece or a customized photo frame for less than $15. Find them all at MiChiMa's shop.

I just bought these after seeing a post on Might Junior. Absolutely love them. So charming, but useful as a teaching tool. I cannot imagine how she affords to sell them at this price. With all of the hand stitching, they look very time-consuming.

I think these are a great idea and will be a good gift item too - definitely going to go check them out!
