We like the simple, low-tech, beachy design and were quite surprised to find that it's the creation of the Cynthia Rowley label. (This isn't the first time she's branched out from fashion - remember last summer's home and outdoor goods at Target?)

We probably wouldn't attempt this on our own busy city streets (if you've ridden a tandem before you know it takes some practice), but we really wish we'd see these for rental at parks and beaches this summer.
