Bas Kosters may not be a household name in America, but he is a star of the small Dutch fashion scene. Inspired by 1950s adverstisements, he came up with a unique and modern character to adorn this limited edition Bugaboo.
The stroller itself is essentially the Bugaboo Cameleon, but is more than twice the price ($2000!) and makes the regular Bugaboo line seem nearly affordable. Only a thousand were made so they are really collector's items more than anything.
We're not sure if we're crazy about this design, but we like the concept of pairing up with noted designers. Which designer or design house would you like to see put their mind toward stroller design? Jonathan Adler? Marimekko? Shinzi Katoh?
