Boo. Bugaboo. (cue the Bond theme). We saw this stroller on the street the other day and had to investigate. Somehow the release of the Bugaboo Denim 007 eluded us in June.

No, it's not any cheaper (in fact it's slightly more expensive than the regular Cameleon at a cool $959), but we're wondering what you think of the denim look, price tag aside?
One plus is that it's gender neutral. And the dark color might go far in hiding stains. But will you feel silly pushing it while wearing your hip dark-wash jeans?
(The Bugaboo website is done in Flash so we can't link directly to the Denim page, but you can read more about it under the news section.)
It never occured to me to dress for my stroller (I push a Maclaren Quest for the record). But then, it never occured to me to pay $959!!!!!!!! for a stroller, either, so maybe I'm just not wired that way.
The denim looks sharp.

I wonder if it would fade more quickly than other material. My sister's Britax is in denim and it didn't take long before the dark denim looked almost bleached.

Ugly. This is the Bugaboo for people wearing Crocs.

I don't know -it still doesn't mean a lot to me if you can't collapse the thing down to fit in your trunk/public transport without having to take it apart.

I agree, I look at the denim and think of all of the faded denim Britaxes I've seen. I love the Crocs comment.

I saw one the other day, and it looked stunning. From the quick glimpse of it I caught, I don't think that is actually denim, just a denim-like weave of the fabric that they use for the chameleons. I know that they did a special edition Frog in around 2003/04 in denim, and I think that actually *was* denim.
Wait until you see this thing in person; it looks much better than in this photo. (all the Britax comparisons will fade, just like their seat cover did).
