Vacation Location:Watercolor, Florida

Favorite Baby or Child Friendly Activity There: She loved hanging out at the pool...she loved the ocean and the waves, too. She just wanted to be in the water all the time!

Best Tip for Traveling with Kids: Bring enough snacks, milk and toys for the plane trip is important, but planning our flight schedule to coordinate with naptime was the BEST thing we did!

Favorite Way to Make it Feel Like Home: We brought a selection of her favorite toys, as well as her favorite blanket and pillow.

An Item you MUST Take With You While Traveling: Sound machine! Ella sleeps with a sound machine at home, and having it on vacation was crucial. We were in a beach house with a total of 12 people, and her cousins stayed up later than her. We were grateful to be able to drown out some of the noise.

At the risk of sounding like a freak, I just spent a full 2 minutes gazing adoringly at that most gorgeous little sweetheart!

Photos don't get any better! That podgy tummy, gorgeous skin, and her complete outfit. Ah bless!!

I have the distinct pleasure of being Ella's dad. We are pretty crazy about her and appreciate all your kind comments!

She loved wearing the hat and "gasses," and we were glad because it gave her such sun protection. I will say, though, that the brim isn't as wide as you think. Although she wears 12 month clothes, we had to get a 3T hat to go over her tons of curly hair.

The hat, glasses and bikini are all from Janie & Jack. I don't think they're carrying the bikini online anymore, but you may still be able to find one in a store. We purchased it in May.

The brim on her hat is extra wide...although she wears 12 month clothes, we had to get a 3T hat to work with her curly, curly hair!
