It's funny how the number of kids you have is inversely related to the amount of stuff you have. We actually carry around less in the diaper bag with two kids than we did when it was just the one. We call it experience (and no free hands). Anytime we can pare down for trips and errands, we do. And that means the diaper bag usually doubles as our purse (and vice versa). Do you have any details on this? As in, are there any dividers or compartments inside? I agree, I think I carry less with three kids than I did with one. I still need a little help in the organizing department, though, so a one compartment bag where my wallet and phone get mixed with the diapers and wipes is not my favorite. Cool looking bag.
