There's those products that even though we know there's no way they could really be a good idea, that we still have this itch to try them. We ran across these self-adhesive mirrored tiles and thought, "Hmmm, those look kid friendly and removeable!" What do you think? Good idea or bad?
The website tells us a set of 20- 4"x4" mirror "tiles" are $7.98, which isn't that out of reach budget wise. Our main concern is how reflective are they really?
We could see them being placed against the wall behind a crib to help entertain baby before bed, or even on the back of a door — so just in case an impromptu game of soccer breaks out, you'll be covered.
Is this the worst idea we've ever suggested? Or does it hold any home decor merit in your book? Let us know in the comments below!

If I got these, I think I would use stencils and do fun cut-outs. I already want to do little birds on the wall of the nursery. It would be an added bonus to have mirrored birds near the changing table! And for under $10, if they're not that reflective, I'll get over it.

this does seem like a good idea for kids...not so sure about babys if they are easy to take off??? but a test run would be worth it...agree faithmc we want pics!!! :D

I definitely want to try these over the changing table and I love the idea of cutting them into shapes! Like jackied302, I would only worry about whether baby could easily remove them.

I think these are a great idea! I have mirrored tiles in my dining room and they were a pain and a half to put up perfectly straight and once they're down, well, they're down! I like the idea of the removeable tiles for a kid's room...or even my own room if they're reflective enough. I really like the idea of cutting them into fun shapes and silhouettes. And they're so cheap I think they're worth getting to play around with. If they end up not working out no big loss.
