It can be a bit difficult to put together a stylish boys' room, so one may get very inventive. This bedroom featured on Southern Accents features striped wall paper with a matching striped headboard and curtains. To balance out the abundant stripes, the bedding is in a matching plaid palette.
What do you think? Love it or leave it?

I think it would be more visually pleasing it the curtains were a solid color...or even roman shades instead....stripe on stripe way early 90"s....bad form...but I love the concept..its nice to see a boys room that is not decked out in obnoxious colors and characters:)

And I LOVE the prints on the wall

that looks like a guest room, not a boys' room (it's not a guest room that particularly appeals to me, but it makes more sense in that capacity)

Far too formal. I doubt the little boy who lives there said, "I want stripes EVERYWHERE and silk shantung drapes!"
