I commented on this in the post where I noticed it, but I should probably mention it here, too.

Right now, when this page -- http://www.ohdeedoh.com/ohdeedoh/giveaway/holiday-gift-bag-1-win-a-bucket-of-books-037633 -- loads, the ads (which I believe belong in the right-hand sidebar) are overlaying the post.

I love the redesign, though! Darn those bugs!

Will we always have to log into each site?

Also, just wondering if there is a story behind the name...?

i'm guessing that you will have to login to each site, monika1, as cookies are domain specific. so apartmenttherapy.com cookies will not work on ohdeedoh.com.

anyway, i'm wondering what's going on with the RSS feed. when i try to click through from bloglines, i just get another bloglines page. it's as if the links in the RSS feed are not formatted properly, or something :) i could delve into it, but i'm sure you have developers that could look at it.

ohdeedoh reminds me of the bad old joke, "what's got 6 legs yells hodeedoh"

Maybe you've pruned the apple tree back a bit far...you could kill it if you prune it back too much.

Re: that joke, I had never heard it and had to dig and dig to find it online. Turns out it is racist and totally unprintable. And now I will never read the new AT:Nursery blog name without thinking of it! Ugh.

Just a complaint about having to expand entries, I find it extremely annoying and really most likely won't read the full entry, it takes too long to open fully then go back to read the next entry. Also when reading on my feed it doesn't even show anything that let's me know I'm missing half the post. I was curious why there was no link to Camilla Engman which is why I clicked to leave a comment and realized half the post wasn't on my feed, again part of the annoying expand post, which will make me miss half the blog. Thanks.

thanks for fixing the RSS feed. it's working now. agree with Lorie09, if you are going to include extended material in the original post but not on feed there should be some indicator on the feed that there's more to be found on the site. it will increase your click-through traffic, for one, and not leave anyone confused as well!

Count me as another one who immediately thought of that extremely wrong joke upon seeing ohdeedoh. Perhaps an explanation will keep those of us aware of this reference from wondering??
